I needed mention how amazing our night was and your staff sure does deserve recognition on a SUPER slammed night!! We visited the Springfield Mass location tonight......2/23/25 at around 8pm Farrah our server was PHENOMENAL!!! She is an asset to your restaurant and it needs to be known! A great personality and superb service are two things you don't normally see together when dining out (at least not for us) we have 3 kids and she catered to our every need! Smiling through the entire time. My husband had a problem with his steak but was taken care of quickly, the manager hand delivered it and asked how everything was. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner tonight and for once weren't in a rush to leave a restaurant. My son wanted to watch the saddle "party" and Mikayla another waitress didn't hesitate to bring him over to the section that they were singing happy birthday to. Both ladies were beyond amazing , thank you for making our Sunday family night so special! We truly appreciate the kindness and compassion spent with us tonight and the patience with our kids. As a "young couple with kids" it's not often that we get treated that well.
This was our first visit to a Texas Roadhouse and we were very happy! The wait was long but we used the online check in which helped. The restaurant is very loud but that was expected. They do know how to cook steaks, ours were perfect and delicious. The prices aren't astronomical which is definitely a plus. Our server was great, even in a packed house she was very attentive and helpful!
Everything there is fantastic and don't forget the cactus blossom it's the bomb highly Recommend The service is great and personal And the ambiance I think is very appropriate
